Under the sea

This time it's not a complete character but something related to one of my OCs Gernan. He has mixed blood and skin is blue. I know his father is elf and mother is from some nation living in the ocean, but couldn't really find out how to picture her people. This is the newest of my attempts.
My tablet refused to work not long after my beloved computer which made me absolutely unable to draw digitally (and ended my not very successful digital drawing practise), but I guess it's a good thing that I'll draw at a real paper again for a while (and I still like it a lot more ).
